This policy covers how physical medals - and, where your tier includes one, t-shirts — are dispatched and delivered. Digital certificates are issued instantly on verification and are not shipped.
A medal is earned, so it ships only after your activity proof for the challenge has been reviewed and approved. Registering alone does not start a shipment. Once you have completed the challenge and your proof is approved, your medal is dispatched within 2–7 working days.
We deliver across India, to any address a courier can serve. We do not ship internationally at this time - the shipping address on your registration must be in India.
When your medal is dispatched you receive the courier name and tracking number by email, and the same details appear in your dashboard. Once the parcel is with the courier, their tracking is the live source of truth for where it is - we do not quote a delivery date we do not control.
Shipping is included in the price of every medal tier - there is nothing to pay on delivery, and no shipping is added at checkout. All orders are prepaid through Razorpay; we do not offer cash on delivery.
You can change your shipping address any time before dispatch by writing tosupport@milestoearn.in with your order number and the new address. Once a parcel has been handed to the courier the address can no longer be changed - if you have moved, let the delivery fail and we will re-ship to the new address under the section below.
If a delivery fails - nobody available, an unreachable address, a parcel returned to us by the courier - we contact you, confirm or correct the address, and re-ship once at no charge. If the second attempt also returns undelivered, further re-shipping is at our discretion and may carry the courier's actual cost. A returned parcel does not make the order refundable; your medal remains yours and waits for a deliverable address.
The verified certificate is delivered online, at a permanent public link, as soon as your proof is approved. Nothing in this policy applies to it — it is not shipped, and it does not depend on your delivery address.
A medal that arrives damaged is covered by the replacement terms in our Cancellation & Refund Policy - report it within 7 days of delivery with photos.
