1. What we provide

MilesToEarn offers virtual fitness challenges. You register for a challenge online, complete the stated running, walking, or cycling activity anywhere and at your own pace within the challenge window, and upload proof of the activity. Once a reviewer verifies your proof, you receive a publicly verifiable digital certificate, and - if your registration tier includes one - a physical medal delivered by courier within India. Some tiers also include merchandise such as a t-shirt. We are a challenge and rewards platform; we do not organise physical events, mark courses, or provide on-ground support.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and register for a challenge. Participants under 18 may take part only if a parent or legal guardian creates the account, completes the registration, and consents to and supervises the activity. We may close accounts that misrepresent the account holder's age.

3. Your account

• Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate details - your name appears on your certificate and your address is used to ship your medal.
• One account per person. Accounts are personal and not transferable.
• Tell us promptly at support@milestoearn.in if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Registration and payment

• All payments are collected online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets). We do not offer cash on delivery, and we never see or store your card or UPI credentials.
• All prices shown on the platform are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST. A GST invoice is issued for every order.
• A registration is confirmed only when the payment is confirmed to us by Razorpay. A failed or pending payment does not reserve a place in a challenge.
• Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, and medal delivery by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

5. Activity proof and verification

Certificates and medals are earned, not bought. Every submission - typically a screenshot from the tracking app of your choice, showing distance, date, and duration - is reviewed by a human before it is approved. By submitting proof you confirm that it records your own activity, completed within the challenge window, without motorised assistance.

• We may ask follow-up questions or request additional evidence before approving a submission.
• Submitting fabricated, edited, borrowed, or otherwise fraudulent proof is grounds for rejection of the submission and closure of your account, without a refund of the affected challenge registration.
• Verification decisions are made in good faith by our reviewers. If you believe a decision is wrong, write to support@milestoearn.in and we will take a second look.

6. Leaderboards and public profiles

Leaderboard participation is opt-in. Your profile is private by default; if you enable the public-profile setting, your full name and city may appear on challenge and global leaderboards visible to anyone. You can turn this off at any time from your dashboard, after which your entry is no longer publicly displayed. Certificates, by contrast, are public by design - a certificate anyone can verify is the point of issuing one.

7. Intellectual property

The MilesToEarn name, logo, medal designs, certificate artwork, challenge concepts, and all platform content are owned by us or our licensors. You may share your own certificate freely - it is made to be shared. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from platform content, or use our branding to suggest affiliation, without our written permission. You retain ownership of the proof images you upload and grant us a limited licence to store and display them to you and to our verification staff for the purpose of running the platform.

8. Health disclaimer and limitation of liability

Running, walking, and cycling carry inherent physical risk. By registering, you confirm that you are medically fit to attempt the activity and that you will exercise your own judgement about routes, traffic, weather, and your health. MilesToEarn is not a medical or coaching service and nothing on the platform is medical advice - consult a doctor before starting a new fitness routine if you have any doubt.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in an activity, and our total liability to you in connection with any challenge is limited to the amount you paid for that challenge registration. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the platform at any time and may request deletion of your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms - including fraudulent proof, abuse of our staff, or misuse of the platform. Where we close an account for breach, registrations affected by the breach are not refunded; registrations unaffected by it are handled under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any law that provides otherwise, the courts at Bengaluru, India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version, and material changes will be notified by email or a notice on the platform. Continuing to use the platform after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
